Do you do SEO or marketing services?

No. Digital Braid's founder spent a decade leading enterprise SEO and growth strategy for Fortune 500 brands, and that marketing experience is why the AI tools we build for growth teams ship unusually well. But we sell software — not SEO retainers, content strategy, or brand reputation programs. If that's what you need, we can refer you to an agency that specializes in it.

Teams that have identified a specific, painful, repeatable workflow and want a purpose-built system that solves it — not a horizontal SaaS product. We work best with growth teams inside SMBs and enterprises who've already tried off-the-shelf AI tools and hit the ceiling on what they can configure. If you want a proof of concept nobody deploys, we're not a fit. If you want a production system that saves real hours, we probably are.

How technical do I need to be to work with you?

Not at all on the deep-tech side. Our engagements start with process mapping, not architecture diagrams. We need a business owner who can explain the workflow, grant access to the relevant systems, and make decisions — the building is on us. That said, the strongest engagements come from clients who have a product or ops lead embedded on their side to steer priorities.

Can you work with a team that already has engineers?

Yes, and some of our best engagements look exactly like this. We ship the AI tool or agent, hand it off with documentation, and your engineering team owns it going forward. We're not precious about ownership. If it's easier for your team to take over after we ship v1, that's often the cleanest arrangement.

Vendor-agnostic. We choose the right stack for the problem rather than pushing one platform. If you have compliance constraints — HIPAA, SOC2, air-gapped environments — we design around them.
