1.2 Information Collected Automatically

- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on page, and referring URL
- Date and time of visits
1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage. These include:
- Strictly necessary storage — used to remember dismissals (e.g. a cookie banner) and basic session state. These cannot be disabled through the Site.
- Analytics cookies — if enabled, our analytics provider may set cookies to measure aggregate site usage. No personally identifiable profile is built.
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested services
- Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry or engagement
- Schedule and conduct consultation calls
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without consent.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the Site. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf:
- Vercel — web hosting and edge delivery. May process request logs and IP addresses. Vercel Privacy
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions. Processes your name, email, and message. Resend Privacy
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling when you book via /book. Processes calendar metadata and contact details. Cal.com Privacy
- Google Workspace— our business email is hosted on Google. Correspondence you send is subject to Google's terms.
If we add or change third-party processors, we will update this policy accordingly.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in these narrow cases:
- With service providers listed in Section 3, who process data strictly to support our services
- When required by law — in response to valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, or property
- In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence as long as reasonably necessary to respond, fulfill an engagement, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention:
- Inquiry emails: up to 3 years from last contact
- Client engagement records: up to 7 years (tax/legal)
- Aggregate analytics: up to 26 months
You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7). Some information may be retained in backups for a limited additional period.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted third-party processors. No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. You use the Site at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may also request deletion and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
7.3 European and UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, our lawful bases for processing are: (a) consent where you voluntarily submit information, (b) contract to deliver services you request, (c) legitimate interests to operate and improve the Site, and (d) legal obligation where applicable. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. International Data Transfers
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on our service providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry consensus on how to respond to DNT, and the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not engage in cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.
