Pricing is project-based and quoted individually after a free discovery call. Focused builds and audits typically land in the $8K–$25K range. Multi-system transformations run $40K–$150K+. We do not bill hourly — every engagement is scoped against a specific deliverable with a fixed fee, so you know the total cost before we start. If the scope changes, we re-quote explicitly.

Why don't you publish fixed prices?

Because identical-looking problems have wildly different builds once we understand the stack, data, and success criteria. An 'automate our reporting' project for a 10-person agency is a $6K build; the same request at a 500-person enterprise is a $60K build with integrations, governance, and multi-team rollout. Publishing one price would either overcharge the small shop or undersell the enterprise. The discovery call solves that in 30 minutes.

What's included in the free discovery call?

30 minutes, no sales deck. We ask questions about the problem, the workflow, and the constraints (stack, data, team, budget range). You get a clear read on whether we're a fit and, if we are, a rough scope and ballpark quote. If we're not a fit, we'll say so directly and usually point you to someone better suited.

Do you offer retainers or ongoing support?

Yes. After a build ships, ongoing retainers start at $4K/month for maintenance and iteration, and scale up for teams that want embedded AI engineering capacity. Retainers are optional — most clients take a short post-launch support window (30–60 days included) and then decide whether to continue based on what's working.

How do engagements typically work?

Four phases: (1) discovery call — free, 30 minutes, no commitment; (2) scoping — we write a proposal with fixed price, deliverables, and timeline; (3) build — weekly check-ins, early access to what we're building, not a black box; (4) handoff — documentation, access, training for your team. If you want engineering to own it going forward, that's fine; if you want us to stay involved on retainer, that's fine too.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We're based in Long Island, NY (US Eastern time) and work with clients across North America and Europe. For teams in other time zones, we adapt our check-in cadence to hit your working hours at least 2x/week. Contracts are US-based; we've worked through standard MSAs and data processing agreements with enterprise buyers.

What if the build doesn't deliver what we expected?

We scope against specific, measurable deliverables — not vague outcomes — so 'expected' is defined up-front. If a deliverable lands and doesn't perform, that's on us to iterate until it does, within the scoped fee. If mid-build the business requirement shifts, we flag it, re-scope together, and agree on a revised plan before continuing. No surprise change orders.
